WAP.nl Content Policy

WAP.nl is an adult-only community built on respect, freedom, and consent. We celebrate openness and creativity — but some content simply doesn’t belong here. This policy explains what cannot be uploaded, shared, or promoted on our platform, and why. Each section below covers a specific type of prohibited content and our reasoning behind it. Please read carefully before uploading photos, videos, text, or any other material.

1. Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)

Any material that depicts or appears to depict a minor (under 18) in a sexual, suggestive, or nude context is strictly prohibited.
This includes:

• Real or AI-generated content that portrays minors
• “Teen,” “young,” or “underage” roleplay presented as real
• Any mention or hint that someone involved is under 18

Zero tolerance:
If CSAM or potential CSAM is found, we will:

• Immediately remove the content
• Ban the account
• Report the material and user to the competent authorities (local law enforcement)

2. Non-Consensual or Hidden Recordings

All content must be created and shared with the full, informed consent of everyone involved.
You may not upload:

• Hidden camera recordings
• Content filmed without someone’s knowledge
• “Spycam,” “upskirt,” or “voyeur” videos without consent

✅ Allowed: Performances, exhibitions, and public scenes where participants have consented and no bystanders are clearly identifiable.

3. Revenge Porn and Non-Consensual Intimate Material

You may never upload or share intimate photos or videos of another person without their explicit permission.
That includes:

• Ex-partner content posted out of anger or revenge
• Any reposts of leaked material from another website
• Requests or encouragements for others to share such material

We fully cooperate with Cloudflare to protect victims and prevent re-uploads.

4. Violence and Extreme Physical Harm

Content showing real violence, injury, or abuse is not allowed.
This includes:

• Real physical assault or coercion
• Blood, mutilation, or extreme pain outside of consensual BDSM
• Animal abuse or death

✅ Allowed: Safe, sane, consensual BDSM scenes where participants are clearly aware, willing, and unharmed.

5. Bestiality and Animal Content

No sexual acts involving animals — real or simulated — are permitted.
This includes depictions, stories, or fantasies suggesting sexual interaction with animals.
Such material is illegal under Dutch and EU law and will be removed immediately.

6. Non-Consensual Roleplay or Rape Fantasy Without Context

While fantasy roleplay is part of adult expression, we do not allow material that:

• Portrays rape or assault without clear consent markers or context
• Glorifies non-consensual acts as real
• Uses non-consensual language in titles, tags, or captions without clear disclaimer

✅ Allowed: Roleplay scenes clearly marked as fictional, consensual, and safe.

7. Human Trafficking, Exploitation, or Sex Work Coercion

Any content that promotes, facilitates, or normalizes:

• Human trafficking
• Forced sex work
• Exchange of sexual acts for money or goods without consent

is forbidden and will be reported to law enforcement.

✅ Allowed: Erotic modeling, performers, or adult content creators who freely choose to monetize their work in line with platform guidelines.

8. Discrimination, Hate Speech, or Harassment

We do not tolerate any form of hate or targeted harassment based on:

• Race, ethnicity, gender, sexuality, religion, disability, or appearance

This applies to:

• Text posts, comments, captions, and usernames
• Slurs, symbols, or gestures associated with hate groups

✅ Allowed: Open discussion, humor, and preferences that do not demean or attack others.

9. Body Shaming and Degrading Content

WAP.nl celebrates all body types.
Content that mocks, humiliates, or degrades someone for their body, size, or features will be removed.
We encourage positive, confident, and respectful self-expression.

10. Illegal Drugs or Dangerous Substances

Content showing:

• Use or sale of illegal drugs
• Promotion of drug use in sexual or unsafe contexts
• Injection or inhalation fetishes involving real substances

is prohibited.
✅ Allowed: Legal substances (e.g., alcohol) in safe, consensual adult use, if not central to the content.

11. Weapons and Dangerous Behavior

We do not allow:

• Real weapons used in threatening or violent ways
• Content encouraging harm to oneself or others

✅ Allowed: Costume props or clearly safe scenes used for artistic or fantasy purposes.

12. Commercial Advertising or Spam

Do not post:

• Ads for escort services or third-party sex work
• Spam links, external sites, or promotions unrelated to WAP.nl
• Fake giveaways or misleading promotions

✅ Allowed: Linking to your own verified WAP.nl profile, albums, or approved creator pages.

13. Copyrighted or Stolen Content

Only upload material you created or have the rights to share.
Uploading copyrighted content (videos, music, professional shoots) without permission may result in removal and account termination.

We comply fully with the DMCA and honor legitimate takedown requests.

14. AI-Generated or Deepfake Material

AI-generated erotic material is only allowed if:

• It does not depict real people without consent, and
• It is clearly labeled as AI-generated or fictional

✅ Allowed: Fantasy or artistic AI creations of fictional characters.
Not allowed: Deepfakes or likenesses of real persons, celebrities, or members.

15. Private or Personal Information

Never share personal data of others, such as:

• Full names, addresses, phone numbers, or social media profiles
• Screenshots of private messages or IDs

We protect the privacy of all members. Sharing someone’s personal data without consent can lead to immediate removal.

16. Scams, Fraud, or Misrepresentation

Creating fake profiles, impersonating others, or misleading users to gain money, tokens, or private content is strictly forbidden. All verification photos are human-checked to ensure authenticity.

17. Respect, Consent & Common Sense

Above all, use respect and empathy when posting.
If you wouldn’t want something done to you, don’t do it here.

Enforcement & Reporting

• All uploads are automatically scanned using AI content safety systems and human moderation.
• Users can report any content directly via the report button.
• We aim to review 95% of reports within 30 minutes.
• Serious violations are escalated to authorities when required by law.
