What are the return conditions?

If you have received an item but are not completely satisfied, you have the right to exchange or return it within 30 days.

However, there are some exceptions (in accordance with Article 10, paragraph 8). This concerns products that are not suitable to be returned for reasons of health protection or hygiene and whose seals have been broken after delivery.

The following items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons if the seal has been broken:

• All sex toys, including vibrators and dildos
• Catsuits, stockings, and tights
• Wigs
• Thongs
• Condoms, tablets, lubricants, and creams
• EasyToys Gift Cards

Sex toys can only be returned if the item is sealed in its original packaging.

Do you have a new sex toy but are not completely satisfied? It can only be returned if the product is in its original packaging and sealed.

Would you like to return a product? First, check if the product can be returned according to our conditions. Then, check if it is still in the original, sealed packaging.
